The principal business of Tvintec Co., Ltd. is a mobile computers provider and an integrated mobile computing solution provider, for Enterprise Data Collection and Collation Systems (EDCCS) which are connectable with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.

The EDCCS system that the Company provides mainly uses barcode technology. The Company is in the process of developing a market for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems. It is a market that is predicted to grow rapidly both domestically and internationally.

The Company is a total IT solution provider, providing hardware devices, software program development, and EDCCS related system maintenance. At the present time, products and services of the Company can be divided into four parts:

• Hardware division: The sales of servers, PC's, printers, networking equipment, mobile or hand-held computers and devices that support barcode and RFID technologies. The Company has developed its own software called "MobileNet" which enables mobile and hand-held barcode and RFID scanners to connect with customer's ERP systems.
• Software division: Both standard and customised software products for warehouse management, sales force and logistics companies.
• Servicing division: Provides maintenance and servicing for hardware devices sold by the company. Also provides software support for software sold.
• Manufacturing division: Manufacture and sales of sticky labels and barcode stickers.

Sky Frog was developed by our Software division to meet the increasing demands of the transportation and logistics industry.
